Johnny Neumann, known to fans as "Johnny Reb," played five seasons in the American Basketball Association (ABA). He started his pro career in 1971 with the Memphis Pros (later Tams), before moving on to the Utah Stars, Virginia Squires, and Kentucky Colonels. After his playing days, he became a successful coach, working with pro basketball teams all over the world.
