HERE ARE OUR GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges can be made in-store or online. Please note, for exchanges, stock levels in-store can vary by location. Please call your preferred location before coming in to make an exchange.
Refunded item(s) will begin processing once the returned item(s) begin transit back to our warehouse.
For any refunded/return items, there will be a $5 handling and processing fee charged to cover the cost of return shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
You can always do an exchange for a different item in-store if you are simply wanting to swap out a particular size, color, or style variation.
All returned products must be in the condition in which you received them. We do not do exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged.
Products can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
International returns are not covered by us with our policy.
Refunds generally take 5-7 days to appear in the customer's account.
