Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Orders typically ship Monday through Friday within 48 hours of being placed. (Sorry no weekends at this time.)

International Shipping:

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). International buyers currently pay a flat rate. Please be aware that First Class Mail is cheap and can be very slow. We cannot control how long your country’s customs may delay your package. First Class Mail cannot be tracked or insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost Package / In Transit

Please contact the USPS and file a claim before contacting us.

Stolen Packages

Please be aware when shipping that you should use a safe and secure delivery address, where the package will not be stolen. In The Clutch is not responsible for any stolen items or packages once the order gets to its destination.
