Ebbets Field, Brooklyn, NY

One of the most famous ballparks in sports history, Ebbets  Field was best-known as the home of baseball's Brooklyn's baseball team from 1913 to 1957. It was also the home field for five pro football teams: the Brooklyn Brickley Giants, Brooklyn Lions, the Brooklyn team that took its name from the baseball team (later Tigers) of the established pro football league, as well as the Brooklyn Tigers (of the second American Football League), and the Brooklyn team of the All-America Football Conference. Three years after the baseball team left, the stadium was torn down and replaced with an apartment building.
